Oct. 10th, 2020 08:23 amSo I've been on this self-improvement-ish journey this year. I started by cutting out most social media (feel much better); committed to reading at least one book a month; I'm trying to quit drinking (it's Hard); and I started working out! I do mostly full-body strength training with kettlebells. I also got full-time hours at my job again. I committed to finishing my WIPs and I completed "Crashing in the Name of Science" after nearly four years!
I'm still burned out AF and gearing up for my annual Seasonal Transition Episode but I do feel a little bit accomplished.
Looking back I've accomplished way more than I thought I did. That's nice.
