Two ficlets for Gen Prompt Bingo, and with these I'm hit Bingo!
Title: atmosphere

Prompt: The Oncoming Storm

Warnings: None
Characters: Lundi and Lagi gen
Lundi grounds Lagi just outside of the forest, feeling both their exhaustion and the charge in the air that signifies a coming storm. They have chased the ship relentlessly and still he feels no closer to their goal than he was when Lagi stumbled to his feet and chased it on the ground after Elpis' destruction.
He is restless as the wind, as the clouds rolling in above them, and Lagi senses it and raises his wing like he’s ushering Lundi underneath it and close by his side.
Lundi leans into his friend and feels his warmth beneath his armor, traces the edge of his wing, and feels so lucky to know him. As the rain begins to fall, he feels safe.

Characters: Amanome Seiji and Kijima Akira gen
When Akira is focusing, he rolls his shoulders like he’s trying to loosen up for a fight. He even does it when they’re eating combini comfort food in his apartment, like now. Seiji clicks his tongue when he notices it and Akira does it again and cracks his knuckles for good measure.
Seiji knows that Akira would fight the whole world if given an excuse, so Seiji is there to ensure he doesn’t have to. Akira is of more use to him whole and hale, and sometimes Seiji would even admit he likes the guy as a person. Akira’s funny but also loyal if he trusts you, and Seiji has spent years cultivating that trust.
They’re brothers and someday they’ll rule the world, Seiji knows. They’re only a few punches and a few threats away from victory.
