"almost there"

I'm packing for my flight to Washington (visiting gf Bre) and A) this carry-on I'm borrowing seems far too large so we'll see if I end up paying money to check it, and B) how many black shirts do I own? I found one with a glitter skull on it so I'm definitely bringing this.

New Year's Eve is my favorite holiday so either way I'll be with my girlfriend!! We couldn't spend our second anniversary together and 2018 has been draining in new and fascinating ways so we're so excited. I GET TO MEET HER CAT and apparently watch some Tetris streamer she likes.

I'm packing a massive collection of all of Hammett's The Continental Op short stories. I may finish it on my way there as my flight has a layover and will be looooong. Also bringing my 3DS and see if I can't make progress in Miitopia or SMT IV: Apocalypse.

I have one more day of work AND THEN VACATION!

(Also my older brother surprised me with Speedy Ortiz tickets and an autographed copy of Sadie Dupuis' poetry collection. This will be our second time seeing them live and I love the poems. 10% of life is great right now.)
